RCU offered a great deal on low interest rate auto loans. I stopped in the local branch to get further info and decided to refinance a recent loan from another lender. The transaction was approved and quickly taken care of. Couldn't ask for better. Done and done!!

I think It took much too long to set up a new account and open 3 CD’s, about an hour. I was told the teller could help me, but then they couldn’t and I had to wait for a customer rep. I have two joint accounts with my husband, but wanted to open an account for myself with inherited money. I had to answer 7 difficult questions from a credit bureau and either I answered a question wrong or the customer rep typed my answer wrong, but then I had to answer 7 more.
