I have always financed with this credit Union. Sunstate then Radiant. Lake city branch is my bank. Jarodanne Rentz has always taken care of my loans. This time she sent me to Summer Perry, she was wonderful. She was very helpful and checked on my progress several times. She is a very sweet & pleasant young lady. You can tell she is a dedicated employee, which is hardly found these days. These ladies are an asset to your bank. I appreciate them both and refer the bank all the time.
Customer service was impressive and tactful.
It took a couple of days and having to make a direct call to follow up on the status of my request for an increase to my personal loan but once it got going through rest of the process went much smoothly
Great experience
RCU offered a great deal on low interest rate auto loans. I stopped in the local branch to get further info and decided to refinance a recent loan from another lender. The transaction was approved and quickly taken care of. Couldn't ask for better. Done and done!!
