I had been trying to get a payment transaction issue resolved over the last 2 plus weeks and had spoken to at least 2 other people at Radiant who were unable to help me when I luckily went in person to your Chiefland branch and met Jessica Jones in Member Services, she was great and was able to resolve my problem in less than a half an hour, she was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and knew whom to check with in your OPs Dept.to get the help I needed to resolve my issue..I cannot thank Radiant enough for having such a ... read more
