Crystal is always a wonderful professional. She makes the banking experience comfortable and fun, which is NOT the norm nowadays. In addition, she is insightful and helpful demonstrating a level of customer service that makes her organization stand out! We don’t regularly frequent the Chiefland branch. Our local branch is Old Town and for the last year or so every professional in there is top tier! My overall experience was exceptional. I have been a member of this credit union since 1981 and have always had good service. I worked with Summer Perry in the loan department and Brandon at the Alachua Branch and they were both great.
