The tour was set up well. I was welcomed, and the receptionist was very friendly and took great care of some residents while I was waiting. I really like the layout, and it was clean and had a friendly vibe. I liked the dining room as it seemed cozy with the fireplace, but also clean and inviting. The activities seemed varied, and there were other areas for people to be social; that's important since my mom is very social. Caregivers are very good! Food is ok, options are good Ceilings are paper thin; nerve wracking to constantly hear upstairs neighbor. Bobier is a busy street, lots of noise and sirens Rooms are quite large; nice

We appreciate your review and thank you for complementing our caregivers as this is very important. We understand it can take time to adjust to the sounds of people living close by and traffic. There are ways to mitigate this within your home such as playing light music or adding a white noise machine. Alternatively, a tabletop or patio fountain can add nice ambiance.
They take good care of my Mom and more importantly, she likes it there. The new director just started so I have no experience with her yet, but we loved [name removed], the previous director who just retired.

Their communication could use improvement. Mother-in-law had COVID and we were not informed until after she recovered. Some staff are very friendly and others are a bit standoffish. I cannot comment on this as I don't visit during mealtime and I cannot speak to this as my mother-in-law is not involved in any of them. The level of cost is quite expensive and doesn't change if the resident goes on hospice, which I believe should be lower

We would definitely recommend it.Lovely facility. The only drawback was the hilly location, which would have required us to get her a mobility scooter if she had had more interest in going outside very far.

We received a short tour of the facility, and we spent time in a few of the spaces in the main facility, as well as the memory care building. I was very impressed with the layouts of the two apartments we decided between for the temporary photo studio. The community spaces were very fun seeming and we saw lots of seniors and family sharing time in them.
