Took a tour of this community recently. Beautiful property, welcoming staff, and lots of friendly, happy residents who shared with me what they thought of the community. Seems like an overall great community.

My acquaintance thinks Pacifica Senior Living Vista is a beautiful place to live. She's become well-known across the workforce, and they're all working hard to help her in any way they can. They have all grown to be friends with her and the rest of us that visit her now that she no longer has her family. Even my folks, who live in [removed], appreciate visiting and assessing there.

I haven't been there when they have meals so, I cannot speak to the food. The housekeeping is pretty good, it's a clean facility. The move in process was very easy and they were accommodating. Communication with the family could be a little better, as well as onboarding/billing could be improved. As far as recommending the facility, it really does depend on what and level of care a family is looking for.

I would highly recommend Pacifica Senior Living Vista! The staff is wonderful with my dad. Any time I have questions or concerns, a staff member is there by phone or text. They have helped us immensely with the transition into memory care.

Pacifica Senior Living Vista was my second choice if [facility name removed] didn't work. I was just a bit concerned with the distance from the room to the dining area for my mom as she uses a walker. The staff was very nice, the food smelled delicious.
