Came to see a dearest friend,was so impressed with the home and garden's are beautiful even in this heat,the staff were very polite and looked really smart,the receptionist was really helpful,the only thing they could do is put a for sign the reception on the other car park

Very good home to live in. Carers are excellent and are always there to assist .Food just mediocre & needs improving more than current. .Gardens are a credit to Paul the gardener. They are a joy to sit in during good weather.

Our dearest and beloved Aunt has spent her last 2 years at Rashwood. The facility itself is second to none. But it's the dedication, warmth and extraordinary levels of care, friendship, and empathy that the whole team provided that elevates the Rashwood experience to outstanding. Our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the entire team for all their hard work and commitment. Huge thanks to everyone.

My Dad had expected to be in Rashwood for 2 weeks following a pacemaker procedure, and he's still there! He hasn't been well enough to go home and has been very happy to stay where he is. The staff are superb, look after him very well, and deal with him with great care and kindness. The location is incredible. The grounds are stunning, it's quiet, you can hear the birds singing, the gardens are very well-tended, and the nursing home is surrounded by fields. My week at Rushwood, after major surgery a very peaceful and tranquil care home set in beautiful lands and gardens which is very conducive to recovery. Wonderful staff who care and support you and who obviously enjoy their working environment as many have stayed there for many years. I would highly recommend.

During my short respite stay the staff were very attentive treating me with empathy and dignity. Giving me all the support I needed even though I have difficulty communicating. The meals were very good and appreciated the varied menu. I felt very safe and secure during my stay.

My father came to Rashwood for two weeks respite. We had all been impressed by a visit of the facilities and the wonderful grounds and my father decided to try it out for a short break. Within a few days he felt relaxed , happy and safe - so much so that he decided to stay long term in a lovely room overlooking the grounds. All the staff are welcoming and caring and all greet my father by name. The fact that many of them have worked there for several years reflects the friendly and happy atmosphere. I have been living here at Rashwood Care Home for almost 3 years and have no hesitation in recommending it as good place to live. I currently live in one of the nursing wings. The caring staff are first class and really do care. Rooms are lovely with doors opening onto 6 1/2 acres of well cared for gardens which are a joy to sit in. There is an activities team of 3 people who arrange daily activities. Transport coach available for trips out. I recommend this care home.
