Excellent care from all aspects our wishes were respected and my mothers were taken into account on every level. The staff were always so friendly and caring, sadly my mother was too ill to participate in activities but the atmosphere is delightful. I would recommend Rashwood Care Home on every aspect.

I feel very well looked after at Rashwood like a 5 star hotel. The care staff are warm and friendly and most of them are from the local area, as I am, so I feel amongst friends. The extensive grounds are beautiful and well kept and a great pleasure to walk around. Absolutely perfect! (and I should mention that a peacock guards the front entrance!)

91-year-old mother respite care for two weeks - first ever experience. You need to rethink your support for respite care - no advance information before arrival, had I not asked for it (assessment appointment is not enough). More support should be given to someone passing through to help their brief time in situ. For example, encourage them to join activities, check them realise they don't have to have supper in the room every night. PS. She loathed the bed.
