My mother has been a resident at Rashwood Care Home since February 2021. The kindness, care and courtesy shown to Mum during her time there has been amazing. Mum said she felt safe at Rashwood. The home is always fresh, clean, beautifully presented and very welcoming to visitors. However, when it came to Mum's recent end-of-life care, Rashwood came into a league of its own! Mum was at Rashwood Care Home for only two weeks for her end of life care. I can truly say her care was nothing but amazing and the staff were wonderful, not only to Mum, but to us as a family. Their care and attention was second to none. Thank you Rashwood.

Mum came into Rashwood Care Home initially for respite and decided to stay. It was a difficult decision for her, and she often rejected help, but staff were always patient and attentive and she knew how lucky she was to be provided with both beautiful surroundings and such high quality care. My mum was at end of life and spent her last 2 weeks at Rashwood Care Home and I couldn’t fault the care and attention that my mum received during that time. The nurses and carers were amazing and couldn’t do enough not just for my mum but also for us as a family. “Thank you” Rashwood care team and management, you are all amazing.

The care home looked after my aunt extremely well. The hygiene was excellent, and the cuisine was first class too. All the staff were caring, friendly and professional. Alarm calls were answered very promptly. The surroundings are beautiful. Residents are able to feed the birds and watch the wildlife as well as admire the peacocks, so tame they would eat from your hand.

My mother was a resident in Rashwood Care Home for nearly 5 years. I cannot speak more highly of the care and compassion she received in this time. The staff from the manager down to the wonderful carers was the best she could have had in a 5-star hotel. We felt she was safe and extremely well cared for. We could not speak more highly of the care she received.

Level of welcome and care was fantastic. Took note of my father's needs and gave very high quality care. Room facilities were good, air bed made the stay more comfortable. The carers were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble.

Simply a great care home. Wonderful staff who really care about the residents, remembering habits and preferences as well as caring for residents similarly to a friend or relative rather than a carer. Excellent food, a great range of activities and pastimes, and very clean and beautiful views.
