Good experience and everything worked ou Refinance stopped my payments for a couple months but the rate wasn't lower. I do have a better warranty and only ended up increasing my payment by about $10.
Hassle free process The application process was extremely easy and they follow up with you in 3 forms of communications which is very nice. They'll email you, text you, and give you a courtesy call saying a loan officer will be in contact with you shortly. Though there were a couple of shortcomings during this process. Excellent service for finding a loan I was helped by a woman named Kristen, she gave me all of the information I needed to know and then went out of her way make sure the process was easy and it was. I felt confident in my decision to go with the new loan she found for me and the extra service I got along with it!
They do everything for you!!. I was unsure of using them because it seemed way to good to be true. After I reached out they got my truck refinanced for 8% less interest rate lower than what I had. My payment went down $70 and it didn't add any months to my current payoff date. Also saved me $6,500 over the course of the loan!!
