I had a good experience. I was able to refinance my existing auto loan and drop my interest rate by more than half and my payment by over $150/month. They found me financing with a local credit union even though my vehicle wasn't brand new. Paperwork was comepleted timely and my loan was funded all within a week of the application. My previous lienholder received their payment and I received paperwork from my new creditor. I'm very happy with the entire process and my rep explained everything and made it easy.
