Fast approval efficient process The process was really easy and efficient to refinance my car loan. I was originally trying to refinance with State Farm and they were beating around the bush for a while. Not only did I get quicker customer service from rategenius, I got an APR of almost 2% lower. Amidst the Covid pandemic they were still on top of their game.
