My representative for the loan was Aaron Burlingame. He was very nice, courteous, and helpful. He went over all the numbers and results with me. I had many questions, and he answered them all. The loan I was originally approved for was too long in length for me. I told him I wanted to not do the loan, but he was able to help match the terms I wanted at a new price. Better deal than what I was in.. I would highly recommend re-genius they were able to get me out of my loan and into a better deal with a lower APR. The customer service was exceptional. The only thing is I was never really able to talk to anyone all the communication was through text message, but with me being a millennial that didn't bother me one bit.
