The approval process what's quick and easy. Getting ahold of the loan officer was a bit difficult but only because I work nights. The review reminder emails were pretty annoying. Overall good experience.

Surprisingly Easy Very cool how they called me after the application and had already found a loan for me. Mark was a very easygoing and friendly guy on the phone. Even after I told them I wasnt a citizen they found a loan for me; At some credit union ive never heard of before, but with amazing interest. I filled the usual forms in my email, sent it to them and within two weeks it got approved. Would recommend, amazing,cant believe I ran into Rategenius.
Refinance The process was pretty smooth, quick and effective. My APR dropped, as well as my monthly payment by over $200. I was just inquiring to see if it would be worth it and it most definitely was! I will use this service again if needed.
