Quick and Easy It was very Quick, I got a lower interest raterate, and excellent Service. I definitely recommend them.
The refinance was easy but.... The overall process was easy enough. The approval was quick and I was able to reduce my interest rate by about 3%. The agent I worked with definitely seemed disinterested. I was just another number in his queue, which I guess is fine since the end result was the same. It just wasn't great customer service.
They helped me refinance my car!. They made it super easy to get through. I was approved in a reasonable amount of time, and they helped with everything. Really super easy process!
Really smooth process until you’re approved l. They kind of went silent but my loan officer went sick. I haven’t transferred a loan before so I had no idea what was next or if I was supposed to do something... when I called the customer service rep was so kind and explained I had everything there and to check emails for any next steps and they’d reach out to me when it was complete! i have to say it’s awesome to call and get such nice people who welcome ignorance from a rookie! A plus plus for these guys!

Agent helped put a huge effort to help.. The agent who helped me put a huge effort to make sure I was helped and satisfied. I also got a very low APR rate so it cut my loan I had in half!
It took time to understand the process. They went silent for a little bit which made me nervous because I’ve never transferred a loan before. But when I called they were so nice and apologetic my loan officer had gotten ill.
