Easy to Apply Our financial situtation is not the greatest, so I was worried about applying for refinancing; however, I am glad I did. Our agent was great! She responded to my questions quickly and was not pushy when offering additional products. I spoke to our agent on the phone about my different options and in less than a week we had a new loan. There was a lot of paperwork needed, but not as bad as a home loan! The transition from one company to the other was smooth.
