Great Service!. Great Customer service. I was able to cut my loan in half by refinancing with them. They left out a few details, but it was nothing major to make me change my mind. I would highly recommend using them!
Easy Cut my rate by 10%. Easy process and the loan officer was patient with my return calls, which where slow due to work.

Good, but could be better, try credit union or personal bank first. They did cut interest rate in 1/2, so that is a good thing.

Easiest refinance I have ever done I was very skeptical initially, the first representative was very patient as she helped em through the application questions. The loan manager I worked with was extremely professional. The entire process was done in just a few days. I have recommended Rate Genius to my friends already!
