A bit cumbersome but worked out As someone involved in consumer lending for 30+ years, I found the process to be understandable but somewhat cumbersome and slow. Had I been a typical customer with minimal background? I'm not sure it would have been a great experience. The consumer loan underwriter(?) was excellent but was hampered a bit by a system that seemed to have regular glitches (Example: Received multiple emails at the same time after applying with responses ranging from "loan is in process" to "loan is approved" to ... read more
The fastest Loan Processing experience They were lightning fast and made the refinancing hassle free. Great rates and great customer service.
Found a good rate and handled everything RateGenius found a better rate for me than I could have found on my own. Once I accepted it, they handled all the paperwork - I only had to send the documents they requested and sign and courier the final documents to them (courier slip is included in the package). I will definitely use RateGenius again the next time I am looking for an auto loan.

Very easy to refinance auto loan Our loan officer contacted me promptly to start the process after preliminary approval online. The terms, fees, etc were clearly explained. One of the most helpful functions which was a pretty new customer service experience for me, was being able to send/receive text messages with my loan officer's office (guessing he received them on a web platform or email) so it was easy to get quick messages back and forth while I was at work.
Refi my Audi A7 for a lower rate.. The whole process was exceptionally smooth. There were no surprises and I am very happy with the results.
