What an annoyance!. I filled out the online application and received a phone call the same day to talk about loans. The guy I spoke with was nice enough but he constantly called for several days and it was really annoying. I had to send paperwork in 4 or 5 different ways because I wasn't informed of what to do/ what not to do when signing the paperwork.
