I did read the documents once sent to me and I actually did wait to sign certain pages until my rep called me back. One of the clarification questions I had was about GAP and what it was. It's actually a good thing to have. Once explained and him giving me the option to opt out.... Plus explain all the other randomness I signed and am quite happy with this service.

Just Fine I shopped around for an auto refinance. I applied with Autopay and RateGenius. RateGenius does a hard inquiry right off the bat. Autopay does a soft inquiry. Autopay came to me with a rate they would try to get (because they wouldn't know until doing a hard inquiry). RateGenius came to me with a solid offer right off the bat. Autopay would charge a $449 fee to refinance. RateGenius didn't charge any fee. Autopay's possible interest rate was lower than RateGenius' actual interest rate offered.
