I didn't know I could refinance my car I received a call and was skeptical, but they actually saved me $2,400 over the life of my loan. Took me from 19% down to 5.49%. Would def recommend them.

I spoke with someone name john, he was very polite and consistent. He checked on my application status, followed up with me the whole time. I had a 17% interest rate and got it down to 6.49%. I was playing 501.00 per month. Now it's down to 411 per month with GAP insurance included and a warrenty up to 100000. They were very helpful. I LOVE RATE GENIUS
VERY HAPPY WITH RATE GENIUS!!!. I refinanced through rate genius and I am very pleased with them. I was paying 17.5% interest and $442 per month on my car loan. I was able to get it dropped to 6.2% and now pay $312 per month. I would highly recommend them to anyone shopping around to refinance.
Not pushy They got me a great rate on one of my cars and I told them I didn't like the rate on the 2nd vehicle so I told them. They worked hard to get me a better rate.
LOOK NO FURTHER, REFI HERE!!!!. within 24 hours I was contacted by a very professional REP, he went over all the details and what they could do for me the Customer. Prepaid label made it that much easier. within 1 week my loan was funded and not only was my term NOT extended my interset rate was 4% lower!!!! GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS
Great Experience Although I have not received a reply yet on whether or not my interest rate would be lower, I had a good experience. I was not asked to buy anything and the lender with whom I spoke with was very nice and patient. I have no complaints. Even if I don't get a lower rate, I recommend them. It was only a shot to see if I could lower my rates anyways. If they can't lower it, then they can't simple as that.
Great Experience Not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from, but I had a great experience. I was actually put in contact with Kurt at rategenius through lending tree. Kurt was more than willing to help with any questions I had and the whole process was completed in a week. I was able to get my new car loan down from 6.15% to 2.49%. Very quick and easy.
Great service and follow up.. I refinanced my loan with rate genius. I applied online next day talked with them and within a week the process was finished smoothly. Any questions I had was answered same day and would recommend to anyone
