great experience easy process, very communicative. Refinced a Jeep Liberty that was through Chrysler (TD Autofinance).... rate went from 9.75 to 5%...payment dropped $106.00 per month without any additional months added to the loan. Even received a follow-up email to ensure I was satisfied.
great company I recently got a refinance carloanwhich took 4daysfor approval with U.S. Bank. I applied 10/27/12 and date funded with new bank -10/31/12. Michelle R.was very considerate of my time and also very informative. The rate was given not lower than CarFinance.com but a .04 % difference and I prefer a name brand bank. The con's don't quite understand how the payoff check process works for old Bank -Capital One (theives).
Great service and was offered insurance, but I know how important insurance is so got it anyways. Even with the new insurance my payment was stil 34 dollars less for the next 23 months!. I saved about 800 dollars of interest payments.
I called the number that Google gave me and was answered by a nice lady. I gave her some personal and car info regarding my status. My credit is Fair according to CreditKarma and was approved for a car loan where my payment went Down from $747.02 to $659.78. I was Like WOW! Thanks RateGenius and Pronto Credit.
These reviews are totallywrong. They never tried to sell me anything. My FICO is 681 and they got me down from 12.5 to 6.7 %.

I recently applied and was accepted within 24 hrs. The ONLY insurance they tried to sell me was the gap insurance due to the high price of the vehicle. All the paperwork was done through ups and my rate was MUCH lower than my existing rate. My note dropped $140.00/mo!!!! I am Very satisfied.
DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING RATE GENIUS! They promise you they will get you the rate they offer and then once approved and they pull a "hard inquiry" they come back with a ridiculously high rate! Then got annoyed I didn't want to refinace my auto loan with a rate 3 points higher than my current rate. It's a scam!!
