Zero focus on preventative care from all three vets we saw at this practice. There were plenty of things we could have been doing all along to have prevented the health issue. Instead we had to go to another practice to find out. Unknowledgeable staff. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere.
Dr. Emily gets two stars. Knowledgable, caring, and easy to talk to. The front desk staff gets 0 stars: unfriendly, seem unconcerned. The groomer gets 0 stars: awful job on my toy poodle - I was horrified. The front desk staff and the person who brought my dog to the lobby after her grooming all seemed annoyed that I wasn't satisfied with the $65 grooming mess. I was hoping for so much more from this office. I'm looking for another vet and groomer.
The female vet is hateful and rude. Doesn't care at all about your pet. She only cares about your money. I will not tolerate a rude, non caring vet taking care of my dogs. She's got a clan of snooty old women up front too. Horrible first impression. Snobs. I wish I could give this place -10 stars.
I hesitate to give 1 star but I would really love to. I'm giving 2 stars because the girl who actually checked me out was nice and the Vet tech was nice and handled my cat with care. I'm going to be honest this visit started out on a sour note. My cat had been acting weird and her fur had gotten gross/matted etc. Obviously something was wrong with her and I didn't have a current Vet so I called the closest one to me. Today is Saturday My wife called at 930 to have our cat seen for a absest tooth after we noticed him drooling and some infection. My wife and kids were very upset and we were looking for help. The young voice on the phone responded we close at noon...why don't you just take him to an emergency vet. She seemed more interested in starting her weekend than helping someone in need. Shame on you Rea Animal Hospital
