The ladies that work here are very sweet and sympathetic. The vet isnt. Will not be coming back. I have met many veterinarians and the male vet was terrible and rude.

I took my cat for a grooming to get a lion cut. I am so ticked off the condition my cat was given to me when I picked her up. My cat was a drooling mess and was terrified. They should have waited to allow the cat to come down off the sedation before calling me to pick her up. She was so scared she crapped herself in the cage on the ride home, so I now have to practically give the cat another bath because she is a total mess. Have used this Vet since even before he was established on Rea Road over 23 years. I had an appointment. watched others after me get seen. waited over 35 min just for shots....Had an appointment. Then asked if there was a problem with my appointment... Sorry sir we are swamped today....it will take another 20 minutes..... For a rabies shot for 2 dogs. Over booked. :(

Easily one of the worst vets in Charlotte. Charges 2-3 times as much as anyone else. The vet was rude took less than two secs to evaluate my dog and then proceeded to charge me $300. Also tried selling me like a use cars salesman vaccinations and then didn't even give my dog one of the most normal vaccinations they have for kennels. I shouldn't be afraid to bring in my animal for help in fear of getting scammed out of hundred or thousands of dollars. Go somewhere else.

My two dogs had gone to another vet for years, but since moving to south Charlotte, we wanted to try a closer vet. The reviews looked great for this office, but I couldn't be more disappointed with my experience. There was little to no bedside service from the doctor and he also provided little insight on what was going on with my dogs health or recommendations for what to do to help them stay healthy. Extremely Expensive with No Care. They will Nickel and Dime you every time. If i took there advice, i would have had a dead kitten/cat. So happy i went to "Care" Emergency after visiting this place. I filed a formal complaint to the State on their incompetent Business Practices.

The front desk staff is RUDE. Consistently rude, every time. They act as if doing their jobs is an annoyance to them and they are better than everyone else. I have four dogs and was at the practice a lot. After a procedure on one, I called in the morning and spoke to someone at the front desk to see if I could email a picture to have one of the vets look at it to see if I needed to bring them in. We have been going there basically my whole retrievers life (12 years), and my whole bichon poo life (8 years), and I got a rescue dog and had him in boone. I really loved the vet in boone but brought him to my familys vet here in charlotte when i moved back. First off they are very very expensive for an okay vet service.
