I currently have two cats and a dog and I've been taking them to Rea Road Animal Hospital for 7 years. They take very good care of the animals in their care and they treat their four-legged patients with love. My pets have been treated by Dr. Bryant and Dr. Gillis. They are both great.

Rae Rd is hyper-conscious about providing a safe environment for customers and staff alike. I answered no to some questions only because they are not relevant. Customers do not even go inside the clinic (hence there is no need for a thermometer). The staff picks each pet up from the parking lot and returns them to same. I have been taking my dogs to Rea Rd Animal hospital for over 15 years. They have always made my dogs feel special and given me several options to treat my dogs. It has never been about making money. It has truly been about selecting the best treatment for my pets.

We've been taking our dogs here for 13 years now and have always been impressed with the care and compassion given to our animals. We've seen several different vets but my personal favorite is Dr Smith. She's always a friendly face and remembers your animals even if she's only seeing them once a year. Even with the changes going on due to COVID, this vet office is doing an amazing job and providing excellent care to their animals. I am so grateful for their professionals and willingness to help out their patients. Truly the best in Charlotte.

We spent 17 years with Rea Road Animal Hospital- until our 17 and 13 year old four-legged family members passed away. Dr. Smith took such good care of us every single time we had a question and with each visit. She was there with us every step of the way, cried with us when they crossed the rainbow bridge, and surprised us sending flowers & a sweet note a few days later... The entire staff at Rea Road Animal does an awesome job! Over the last 18 years, both my dogs have received excellent care from all the doctors but primarily Dr. Smith and Dr. Michael. My most recent visit was for my 14 year old Westie. Dr. Michael did a very thorough job diagnosing my dogs complex medical problem and prescribing medications that have already greatly improved the quality of her life. Everyone that works there has a true love of animals and they have always treated my dogs like they would treat their own.
