Sorry for the late review but we were very happy with our home inspection. We bought a new construction home and the builder told us we didn’t need a home inspection. We are glad we did hire REI. They had the best communication throughout the entire process. The inspector was very thorough and detailed with his findings and report. We highy recommend. Thanks REI

As a first time home buyer, I can't say thank you enough to Pete. He was very through, professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and explained in detail, which was very helpful for me to understand my new house. FYI, it was a 90F hot and humid day. During inspections, he couldn't go up in the attic since access was blocked by the seller's furniture. Frank is incredibly thorough. He explained everything he found while going through the home and gave a few suggestions about making repairs. He generated the report quickly and it included many pictures. Frank was on timd to the appointment. He actually arrived early and began with inspecting the roof by drome. I highly recommend this company!
The inspector didn’t mind us waiting till he was done, if we had questions he answered them and gave his expertise advice on what he recommends how to handle the situation.
The gentleman Paul was very nice and friendly. He also prescribed tips was very helpful very courteous and very professional. Would definitely recommend him again
