The gentleman who came out was prompt. He answered any questions we had as he dud the inspection. At thr conclusion even before he compiled the report he informed us of the biggest areas of concern.
Absolute professionals. The report was extremely thorough. Everyone I dealt with was on the ball, professional, and informative.

They were very thorough. They checked every little thing. Inspection took over 2 hours for a small row home. The one thing I did not like is they used a drone to look at the roof instead of actually going up on it

Absolutely amazing work, Frank was very detailed and thorough. He helped answer all of our questions and was extremely professional.
I was very happy with the home inspection. He did a thorough job and answered all my questions. I am disappointed and for that I rated 4 stars because I was told clearly that the inspector would bring a ladder and walk the roof. I asked multiple times to be sure and I was assured that he would. When he came, I asked him and he looked like he had no intention of climbing the roof. He used a drone and I am upset about that.
