I recommend having a home inspection no matter how good your eyes may be. Until you hire Real Estate Inspections to look at your home (buying or selling) you'll never know how blind you really are! This company is great...they just saved me several hundred thousand dollars! Be smart, hire the best for your investment!
They were on time, very polite, extremely informative, and didn't rush, took their time went and looked at absolutely everything. They had the report back next day. Customer service from start to finish was 100%

The gentleman who came out was prompt. He answered any questions we had as he dud the inspection. At thr conclusion even before he compiled the report he informed us of the biggest areas of concern.
