They were very thorough. They checked every little thing. Inspection took over 2 hours for a small row home. The one thing I did not like is they used a drone to look at the roof instead of actually going up on it

Absolutely amazing work, Frank was very detailed and thorough. He helped answer all of our questions and was extremely professional.
I was very happy with the home inspection. He did a thorough job and answered all my questions. I am disappointed and for that I rated 4 stars because I was told clearly that the inspector would bring a ladder and walk the roof. I asked multiple times to be sure and I was assured that he would. When he came, I asked him and he looked like he had no intention of climbing the roof. He used a drone and I am upset about that.

Our inspector, Aaron was very personable, and clearly very knowledgeable. He was eager to answer and questions that I had as we walked through the house. His report is very detailed as well. I would definitely recommend him and his company to future clients.
Sorry for the late review but we were very happy with our home inspection. We bought a new construction home and the builder told us we didn’t need a home inspection. We are glad we did hire REI.
