Pete was our inspector. Super thorough. This was our 2nd experience using a home inspector. We got an 84 page report on the house. We also paid for the additional stucco inspection and that report was 36 pages! If something is wrong with your house, they will find it. Best yet, he took the time to explain everything. He also gave me his cell phone for follow ups. At the end he gave a summary of major / minor issues to keep an eye on.

Flynn was very thorough and encouraged us to walk around the property as well asking questions and pointing out things that we wanted addressed in the inspection. He was very nice and knowledgeable.
Good and reliable home inspectors. They checks roof using drone and both termite and house inspection was done by the same person. Spent around 4hrs and was patient enough to educate me.
