This was the best home inspection I've had quality and detail wise. Pete was super knowledgeable, very patient, answered all questions in detail without making you feel rushed, he took his time to make sure he covered all the areas. The main report ended up being 96 pages and we received it in 48hrs as promised! The inspection was conducted on 06/02/2017-9am. Well worth the money. Eric, the inspector was thorough and explained everything as he went along. The report was fast and also really well explained that even a 2nd grader could understand the report. i definitely will be recommending them to all my family and friends looking to purchase a home. I would be using them again and hopefully Eric will be the one sent out to conduct the inspection. Thank you.

Extremely thorough home inspection. Included cost estimates for repairs. A few hundred dollars was worth it as the found tens of thousands worth of issues. Only negative is it took them 4 days to get the report back after they promised two. But still very much worth it
Extremely thorough inspection. All of my questions were answered and I felt very comfortable knowing the ins and outs of my house before buying.
Our inspector was very knowledgeable, showed up on time and showed us stuff that we would have never picked up. He's saving us thousands just by doing such thorough work.
