Extremely thorough home inspection. Included cost estimates for repairs. A few hundred dollars was worth it as the found tens of thousands worth of issues. Only negative is it took them 4 days to get the report back after they promised two. But still very much worth it
Extremely thorough inspection. All of my questions were answered and I felt very comfortable knowing the ins and outs of my house before buying.
Our inspector was very knowledgeable, showed up on time and showed us stuff that we would have never picked up. He's saving us thousands just by doing such thorough work.
MY inspector took me throughout the whole house with him to make sure I understood what he was documenting and why . He made me feel so comfortable

These folk are the BEST! After searching the 'Net, and reading reviews, I cold-called and got Frank Chisholm. He put me at ease, as I had purchased a new home and was a bit apprehensive. We even talked about 'old-skool' music. as I'm a pro musician, and Frank was the funniest and most knowledgeable dude I've talked to in a long time. Awesome guy! Scheduling was easy and they put me on the schedule ASAP. I received notification e-mails at every step from scheduling to reminders to reports. The inspection was very thorough and the inspector explained his findings and why things were deficient. He also answered all of our questions, as the inspection proceeded. The other nice thing about this company is it's a "one-stop-shop" - they do it all, so no shopping around for multiple companies to perform different types of inspections (a.g. radon, termites, home etc).
