Our inspector was amazing. He was very helpful, kind, approachable, knowledgeable, and made us feel very welcome. He explained everything and told us to interrupt him at anytime with any questions. At the end of the inspection he let us know that if we have any questions no matter how long it's been, not to hesitate to call. He told us not to think of them as a one time service, that they are there to use as a resource. I feel the inspector did the most thorough inspection and listed all the problems, large or small. He also took the time to discuss the inspection report with us and in my opinion, we dodged a bullet on that home purchase.
