John was great! Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He gave good advice and answered all our questions. Was prompt, and kept us involved in all aspects of the inspection from start to finish. Real Estate Inspections was even great when it came to customer service. Having to re-schedule twice due to the weather, Frank was more than accommodating.
They were extremely thorough, and took time to explain everything to me, and encouraged me to ask questions. The report was extremely detailed, and made me confident in my decision. The people I spoke with on the phone were great as well.

Excellent customer service. Real Estate Inspections worked with our broker and the sellers broker to ensure the inspection occurred when scheduled. The inspector, John Ciliberto, arrived on time and did a thorough inspection. He answered all of our questions and gave great advice. The report came within 2 days and was very comprehensive. Would definitely recommend.
