The inspector did a very thorough inspection for more than 4 hours. He explained all features in the house and showed the problem areas. Report clearly stated items with pictures where immediate action was nevessary. All other items to be watched were also included. Inspector and customer service gave prompt response regarding any follow up questions on the reports. Overall great experience and would highly recommend to friends and familyand anyone else.
From initial contact through to completion of inspection, Frank and Flynn were wonderful. Needed to turn around the report very quickly and get in to set radon "testers" with late notice and they pulled it off. Inspection (and report) were extremely thorough and the inspector was able to answer all my questions and give me good recommendations/ Most highly recommended!
The inspector arrived on time. He was very thorough in inspecting the property. He explained the issues that he found and showed us each one of them. I recommend them to anyone who is purchasing a home, regardless of the age of the home.
On time. Very thorough. LOTS of photos and verbal comm. I told the on-site inspector of some obvious problems and then read a book while he did his inspection on a large 3-story (and a full basement), 135 year old Victorian home. After each floor he came to me and showed me photos of issues he had found and discussed with me. He looked into spots I would not have thought of inspecting. Whole inspection took about 2.5 hours. I will use and recommend this company again.

The home inspection report they give you is very thorough. I was not able to be at the home inspection, and the inspector was able to answer nearly all of my questions with their standard report. I have a few other questions, and the inspector answered them as well.
Frank was who I dealt with. He is a consummate professional. Felt like I've know him for years. I will refer everyone I know to him who needs home services done. The inspector was just fantastic as well. Extremely satisfied.
