David was great! Always telling us what might be an issue and going over what he would recommend. Arrived early and was finished in about 2 hours. The reports that we were sent only a couple hours later were detailed and comprehensive. Glad we picked Real Estate Inspections to do our first home inspection! Will use them again if we purchase another home!
Remarkably thorough, polite and professional. Their estimates for found issues were over priced, but I'd prefer to over estimate than be pleased by low numbers. Their customer service was amazing, their attention to detail is commendable.
The inspector did a very thorough inspection for more than 4 hours. He explained all features in the house and showed the problem areas. Report clearly stated items with pictures where immediate action was nevessary. All other items to be watched were also included. Inspector and customer service gave prompt response regarding any follow up questions on the reports. Overall great experience and would highly recommend to friends and familyand anyone else.
