From the first contact I had, I was impressed. They were great at thoroughly explaining the process and what my expectations of them should be. My real estate agent was so impressed, she took our inspector's business card. Their motto hold true to their business practices. I will definitely recommend them in the future! Overall John was very thorough in his inspection. He provided insight as well a made us aware of things to follow up on. He was on time and professional. His reporting was very detailed and organized which made it easier for us to decide what issues we would like to address with seller.

I am glad that i hired Roger Priest for the inspection of the condo in Yardley, PA. He and his son arrived on time and did an excellent job. They noticed even minor things in the unit which needed to be fixed. Went over everything in detail and send the report within a day.
Great customer service. Setting up an appointment was easy and seamless. I liked the detailed reports and on the whole the experience was very professional.
