From the first contact I had, I was impressed. They were great at thoroughly explaining the process and what my expectations of them should be. Overall John was very thorough in his inspection. He provided insight as well a made us aware of things to follow up on. He was on time and professional. His reporting was very detailed and organized which made it easier for us to decide what issues we would like to address with seller.
