The first person I had contact with was Frank, who was the first person to respond to my inquiry of inspectors. He explained the entire process of how the inspection would go and was so thorough! Our inspector, Frank Mitchell, was awesome...he was there early and was very thorough. He communicated with us throughout his inspection and ensured that we were involved in his inspection by pointing things out to us as he went. Jim was great. Spent the time and shared knowledge about a large amount of information. Answered all my questions and gave me confidence in my report.
Very professional, they did a very detailed inspection, the best I've seen. The inspector, Jim Hayes, was knowlegeable and I feel confident on his report. He was respectful, honest and friendly. They have outstanding customer service, they call you right away when you have questions and they send you a detailed document with everything the loan officer, realtor and seller needs for the closing documents. I am happy with them. I recommend their trully excellent work.
Karl was great he answered any questions I had and was there for a couple hours to go over the house top to bottom.
Just that they know their stuff and what to look for in a home inspection. They was on time and took the time to check out all areas of the house.
The experience was satisfying from start to finish. The lady who scheduled the inspection was very friendly and had a wonderful sense of humor. The gentleman who performed the actually inspection (Frank Mitchell) was very knowledgeable and courteous, great experience!
Flynn and Jim were great. Took time to answer all questions. Very thorough.
