The inspection done by the professional himself was good, however we haven't moved into the home yet so hopefully he caught everything that could be an issue. Otherwise, the company itself is VERY aggressive about getting you to do other services, IE mold inspection, stucco inspection. Like several text messages, calls, and emails afterwards. That is my only complaint.
Company provided excellent home inspection was very informative but failed to provide timely written report (48 hours)report wasn't available until Sunday. Report was due on Friday and our request for repairs was due Saturday. Our request for repairs was rejected for untimely request. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone
Tech (Carl) was on time and professional. Was hoping the ages of the mechanical items would have been stated on the report next to the inspection template statement "these items last 15-18 years". During inspection he said he'd try to decode the data plate info.
Very poor back office - sent information to wrong agent about scheduling the inspection,denied mistake, didn't return calls, took 3 days to get us the inspection report.

If anything, there is too much communication. This resulted from speaking to the person who answered the phone initially, the person who called for details about the job and the person who did the inspection. I emails and phone calls from everyone! It resulted in a bit of confusion about the inspection address, arrive time and address. That said...we were delighted with our inspector. He answered all of our questions, crawled into the dirtiest of crawl spaces and provided us with an excellent report.
It would be better if they can provide a manual receipt at the time of purchase

I believe the inspection itself was thorough. However, the inspector was not prepared to conduct all of the services that I was originally promised. Real Estate Inspections did resolve this issue to my satisfaction by coming back out the next day. But I subsequently posed clarifying questions about the written report to which I have received no response. The report is to be used as a decision making tool.
