Dealing with Real Estate Inspections was a great experience start to finish. Woody was my initial contact and he was professional, pleasant and informative. Pete Ciliberto was the actual inspector and he did a very thorough job. He was also very pleasant and professional, and gave helpful information about everything in my house. I would HIGHLY recommend them and in fact gave my realtor their names as well. It was money well spent just to feel confident that everything in my new house was functioning properly.

They were through and timely. The actual inspector was easy to contact, and presented each defect in a clear concise report.
I hired Pete Ciliberto from Real Estate Inspections and he did an awesome job. He was hired to make sure the stone veneer has been installed properly. He came and gave me an elaborate report and explained what needs to be done. I called the contractor and he fixed according to Pete's suggestions. When the contractor was working on the project, Pete visited three times during the day to make sure, contractor is fixing the issues according to the report.
