Very thorough inspection
Pete was very professional. He took his time, climbed on the roof , poked and tested everything. He gave his professional option, sent his report out when he said he would have it out. Made sure my client understood everything he was doing. I would definitely use this company again.

I have worked with many home inspection companies, Just was not impressed. I was specifically looking for a local Company in the Williamstown area, this company is not from the area and this is my biggest complaint. It s advertised by your site as local but is not from the area at all. I should have looked a bit deeper and not totally relied On the info provided by your site. Very disappointing.

I really don't know what kind of inspection has been done. 1. The water from the utility sink in garage was draining slow. It was never pointed out in the inspection. When washer was used, the utility sink flooded. 2. The A/C stopped working after 4 days of using.

very thorough
The inspector was clumsy and extremely long-winded (more than necessary for thoroughness). There was a discrepancy between the reported and actual heat source for the upper level. When asked for an explanation of the error, the inspector simply stated 'he took my word for it, and only did a basic visual inspection.'
