I really don't know what kind of inspection has been done. 1. The water from the utility sink in garage was draining slow. It was never pointed out in the inspection. When washer was used, the utility sink flooded. 2. The A/C stopped working after 4 days of using.

very thorough
The inspector was clumsy and extremely long-winded (more than necessary for thoroughness). There was a discrepancy between the reported and actual heat source for the upper level. When asked for an explanation of the error, the inspector simply stated 'he took my word for it, and only did a basic visual inspection.' thorough inspection, money well spent
Based on the reviews, I thought these guys would be good. 7 months later as I'm looking to finally "settle in" I've come to realize that these guys (or well the guy I had) was a waste of time and have costed me 5k that I could have got back from sellers. he did not notice any issues with the gas line which was corroded, nothing with the plumbing for the washer which was non existent and more expensively the configuration for my 1st floor half bath is not up to code. a contractor told me good luck trying to resell this.

The inspector was late but the company reimbursed me for the time.
My experience was great but, the disappointment was that they never said anything after finding out there findings that we needed to call them back to finalize the repairs were done. Another thing we would have to pay to have it done before we CLOSED. For the simple fact is we are stuck with some undone business and had to rehired another inspector.
The inspection left out vital pictures and assessments that I could have benefited from through negotiations. Also I did not receive my report within the time period promised.
