I'm not looking to sell my home. I'm a home owner whose home is the victim of DELAYED MAINTENANCE! I hired Real Estate Inspections because I was told I needed a new roof and siding. Five estimates later (from contractors), a friend who had roofing and siding experience stopped by to take a quick look and indicated he did NOT think there was anything wrong with the roof. Company owner called to introduce himself and go over what the inspection consisted of and cost. Made a follow up call to let me know he'd emailed info and was there for any questions. Recommended that both I and husband were present to voice any concerns to inspector. Inspector was on time and polite. Invited us to follow him throughout inspection so he could answer any questions or concerns we came across. Took between 2, 3 hours to complete. Very thorough inspection of the home. Very thorough inspection
Pete was very professional. He took his time, climbed on the roof , poked and tested everything. He gave his professional option, sent his report out when he said he would have it out. Made sure my client understood everything he was doing. I would definitely use this company again.
