Second time in NYC at this fabulous place! Strawberries and cream for dessert is a must! Then the icing on the cake is a huge plate of hand spun cotton candy! We will be back!
The bartenders were so helpful as I am disabled and helped me sit and get comfortable. Greeter Autumn was very accommodating finding a table close for me to sit. Alton, our waiter, was fantastic! Whatever we wanted and then some, he delivered with humor and timely. The food was excellent! The crab cakes and calamari, steaks and desserts were wonderful! Look forward to going back!
Based on several recommendations, I wandered in alone on a Sunday night around 7:00 pm and was seated at a corner table in the bar. Awesome music and food, but waiter also served tables and apparently ran the bar so my service was less than perfect. Would have re-uped the drink and ordered dessert, but couldn't get attention so opted to pay and go on.
Short ribs with mashed potatoes is to die for. I upgraded to the Jewish mashed potatoes which was a little over the top, but so, so good.
Absolutely loved this restaurant. From the moment we walked into this gorgeous space and were welcomed by our hostess, a grad student at Columbia through the entire experience, we were delighted.
