An awful, awful experience. Awful service, awful noise, awful management and mediocre, tasteless food. Waited endlessly, begging, at every turn: for menu, drink and food, which finally arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes — 15 minutes before our show was to begin at City Center. Waiter was terrible and the manager was THE WORST. Completely unremorseful, unhelpful and shockingly rude. A real clip joint. We will never go back there again. It was our first visit to the Redeye Grill and it did not disappoint. The food was very good and there was a wide range of choices from which to choose off the menu. The service was extraordinary from the moment we arrived.

I’m so pleased that the Redeye is still a great spot. I have been going since the 90s. Delicious drinks, great seafood, sushi and steaks. Service is as always excellent. We walked to the theater after dinner. Perfect evening. Thank you!

The food was delicious as usual. They had live music, and we even got free cotton candy dessert and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Everything was divine!
