The food was excellent. We had the salmon and the shrimp and crab cakes. Desert was the banana cream pie. Yummy

We had beet salad for appetizer and crab cake with grilled shrimp !! Delicious!!! Our waiter was Gasbar!! He was very informative and had a fun personality
Impromptu visit during lunch! We’re so glad we stopped in. The service was great and the food was perfect. Those special flourishes, like bringing by surprise cookies at the table and having dark chocolate bark as a farewell at the exit? Brilliant. Such a nice touch. Ten out of ten. Manager, server, and host’s demeanor? Eleven out of ten. Thank you for a lovely all around experience.
It was Mother’s Day, my niece was singing at Carnegie hall and i wanted a nice restaurant nearby that could accommodate 9 of us. The Redeye did exactly that, even giving just a large round table for 9 in our own private room. We had a wonderful family dinner, the service was great. Our only negative was that 2 of the lasagne seafood specials came out cold in the middle, and by the time they returned with a warmed version, the rest of us had finished our meals.
