Beautiful ambience My husband's sea bass was excellent, as well as our first course guacomole., warm chips added a nice touch My diver scallops were more like sea scallops, very large and not as delicate a most I have enjoyed. In addition they were over salted.
Decent place catering to a person in a hurry to go somewhere else. It lacks the intimacy and warmth of a venue for its cost. It seems as if everything is for show. Everything is a bit overpriced. You expect more than you get.
This was really great. It was crowded but it was Fashion Week. The food was unbelievable The wait staff couldn't have been more helpful. Left there completely stuffed and waddling.
Duck Quesadilla was amazing. You can also expect fish grilled to perfection and a visit to your table with something homemade from the kitchen on the house.
The food,drinks and staff are wonderful.Great sushi and the best burger & fries. Been going there for many years & have always been happy.Live music nice touch
The food was good; the 'coming around w a tray of just baked cookies after lunch' was sweet; and the service was wonderful. But $34 for a cobb salad? Really?
Service was good, ambiance busy. I had fish and chips. Batter on fish soggy, not crispy, chips fair. Calamari okay, nothing special.
I have eaten at Redeye many times and have never been disappointed until this time. Our waitress did not seem to know what she was doing. Two of us ordered steak and eggs. I asked her if she wanted to know how I wanted my steak cooked. She said it was a skirt steak so it didn't matter. Luckily I still said medium rare becasue it was a strip steak not a skirt steak and it was still overcooked. I should have sent it back. Wonderful dining experience. Miss the great mural that used to dominate the back wall! But, the quality of the food and attention to detail is still of the highest caliber. There was even live jazz to add to the atmosphere Sunday night.
