our air conditioner stopped working on sunday (108 heat index) called regal, spoke to a gentleman about my issue, said they would be out that same day. which was awesome! the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Regal will definitely have our business from here on out. Excellent Job, Regal!
Great service. Quick response. Kevin S. was particularly helpful today. After much rain I discovered a bad Sump Pump this AM! Called Regal and they had Kevin S. out by 1PM today. He did a professional job of uncapping the sealed Radon Cap and quickly replacing the system with a new high quality sump pump. Tested for leaks and system works better than before! Hats off to Kevin S. for a quick job, well done. And he was friendly. Ron Goodling
