RecommendedWe have a service contract with Regal and they take great care of us. A big benefit is priority service when things need fixed. We had an AC unit issue and inside 24 hours was fixed. Devin, our tech, who does our maintenance also did the repairs so he is familiar with the units and layout, making it very efficient and also comfortable for us knowing we will have the same person in our house. Great job as usual and we are back up and running and cooled down.
Brandon at Regal HVAC repaired our A/C unit quickly and was very respectful and polite. He answered all our questions, regarding options, and was very patient during the process. Definitely would request Brandon/Regal for our HVAC needs.
