We found our hot water heater leaking in the morning. Called Regal a little before 8:00AM. Derick W. called a little after 11:30AM to tell me he was on the way. Derick and Dan G. arrived around noon (with a new water heater in their truck). They drained old water heater, removed it, and installed a new water heater, cleaned up in a little over 3 hours. Very nice and professional. Great service!! Thank you!!
Regal was quick and easy to make an appointment with. They were awesome. Kevin arrived on time, was friendly, did a great job, fixed our toilet, we could not have asked for a better experience. This is not the first time they helped us and each time they have been great!!!!
