We were having our entire HVAC system replaced by Regal. We were prepared when Regal came to our door with booties for them to wear. However, they were already prepared to put booties on their feet. By the time the old system was removed and on the driveway, a truck was there with the new equipment. We were told the job would take a day and a half. Dan did a fantastic job today. Got right on it and had it done in short time. Took time to put a new valve in the toilet while he was here. Vere friendly and informative. I would have him again. Devin performed maintenance on my ac unit. He did a thorough job and cleaned up after himself. Devin was very pleasant and explained what he was doing so it was understandable. He is a good representative for Regal and would recommend both Devin and Regal to anyone.
As a property owner I have had the privilege of having Regal do all of my plumbing work on both my properties and my home and business. I have always had exceptional work and incredibly prompt service. Kim in the office and Dan in the field are both highly skilled professionals. Dan is an excellent technician. He was efficient and ended up making time to fix another problem that I had forgotten to report when calling for an appointment. I would highly recommend Dan. And, was also very pleased that Regal was able to give me an appointment for the day after I called. Very satisfied with Dan M. He was working under time constraints imposed by the water company's availability to turn the water off and back on at the curb. He finished the job in good time while the water company waited. If he had not finished by the water company quitting time I would have been without water until the following day. Wam, bam, thank you Dan.
