RecommendedWe had a second floor shower leak that left us with moldy drywall and water on our first floor. Regal responded promptly to the leak and they contracted a drywall company (Barry was great) to make sure our home was back in its best condition.
I give Regal Five Stars. Kevin, our service pro, was incredibly personable and knowledgeable. He helped diagnose our problem and gave us a great plan to chunk up an overwhelming issue. His knowledge and skill gave us peace of mind and helped us take care of the immediate issue. We are incredibly thankful for Regal and Kevin.
They saved me from unnecessarily replacing a water heater. Pilot light wouldn’t stay lit and water was leaking from the cold water inlet valve. Other company said I would have to replace it to the time of $1700. They said parts weren’t available. Regal came and the tech, Kevin O., fixed the valve by repacking it with about three inches of Teflon tape. He cleaned an orifice in the pilot light, lit it, and it is working like a champ. Can’t praise Regal Inc. And Kevin O. enough!
Our central air stopped working on a Saturday. We left a message to contact us that Monday hoping your business would be able to come out and service. On Monday your business called us back early. The service man came out. He was very thorough, knowledgeable. He figured out the problem � in no time at all. We were very fortunate. Randy Wynn was the service technician who cleaned and serviced my Air Conditioner this year. Randy was prompt, courteous, took the time to explain what service was needed and when he left the premises it was as when he came. Randy took the time to clean the fins on the outside unit, which some service tech's do not. I have been using Regal for about 10 years. I am well pleased with Regal and will request Randy again. Having both personal and rental properties, it's paramount to have a company that you can trust and that provides great service. Regal "fits the bill". I have Regal handle the AC/Heat maintenance on all. Always professional, fair and honest. Randy is usually the tech that comes out to service. He is a true Master of his Trade. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and always willing to answer any questions that I may have with a thorough explanation. I highly recommend this company.
Devin was very professional in preforming maintenance on my A/C. I asked him a couple of questions and he provided understandable answers to them. One of them required him to go back out to the air conditioning unit and check it. I am very satisfied with Regal in general and more specifically with Devin.
Service Pro Randy Wynn showed up on time to do preventative maintenance on our air conditioners. One needed lots of Freon. He took the time to explain to me what he thought was going on and what to do next.
Had an AC system installed and Regal did a fantastic job. The techs were nice and courteous. They very neat and tidy and were sure to leave the areas they worked at as nice as they found them. The new AC system is leaps and bounds better than the one they replaced. Would highly recommend!
